Your new role
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of 9
- Establish & Manage staff KPI’s & team KPI’s
- Recruit and train exceptional sales and customer experience staff
- Refine our customer value messaging and process to over-achieve Qualified Sales Opportunity targets & conversion
- Manage data-driven reporting and performance optimization for the team
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in managing a team in Cybersecurity
- Results Driven, over-achieving sales or sales development leader
- Good understanding of the APAC Cybersecurity landscape
- Strong and disciplined work ethic
- Deeply curious and passionate about people and team culture
