As the Pre Sales Engineer, you will:
- Work alongside the technical team to consult to the client and understand their challenges and opportunities
- Report back to the technical team and provide solutions to the client to solve their challenges
- Build relationships across the customers' technical and non-technical teams to deliver on the agreed scope of work
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a Pre Sales Engineer role for a business specialising in biometric security or other security technologies
- Proven experience being the liaison between customers and the in-house technical team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the sales process and how to navigate through the multiple layers of large-scale enterprise businesses
