Our client is a proudly Australian Consulting firm in the Salesforce ecosystem focusing on marketing and digital solutions. This company is well funded and has ambitious growth plans having already hired several people on the delivery side in the midst of this current climate.
Your new role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the competitive landscape and mapping out the ANZ region to find new opportunities
- Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing - you will need to cold call!
- Handling large deal sizes ($300K- $1M+) and long sale cycles (6-9 months)
- Connecting and establishing relationships with C-level
- Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience selling services or complex web applications solutions
- Ability to truly hunt and create urgency for new clients, cold-calling included!
- Track record of consistently overachieving targets over $3M
- Team player, collaborative, go-getter
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem
What you'll get in return
- They are offering up to $150,000 base + super + uncapped commission + shares!
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Sitting on the Leadership team and eventually growing a team under you
