Job Description

Our client requires Business Change Analyst to work with their IT teams to support the delivery of organisational change for both support business and IT led projects /changes. 

You will ensure effective change management, communication and training is delivered in line with project objectives on time and work with the change practice to embed change management expertise across IT Projects.

The successful candidate will be focused on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Key responsibilities include business and change analysis and the development of appropriate strategies to manage the change.

Key responsibilities:
  • Excellent written communication skills necessary for the formulation of
    quality communication plans, strategies, policies and frameworks.
  • Produce high quality documentation – comms plan, PPT’s, SOP’s, flyers,
  • Knowledge Base articles, training materials etc.
  • Consulting and liaising with different project teams to formulate
    communications plan and strategy and timely identification and
    communication of changes to the stakeholders across different Business Units and clarification of issues.
  • Collect change and action item information, identify additional changes
    and/or impacts as required.
  • Experience of analysing business and IT changes, with demonstrated
    strength in working with business implementation and technical
    partners to understand the change being introduced and in response
    formulate appropriate change activities.
  • Document AS-IS business processes with an attention to detail
  • Facilitating and leading workshops, driving rapid adoption of new
    processes, concepts or application roll-outs, conduct User trainings
  • Advising internal and external stakeholders (both technical and non-
    technical) on changes and impacts of change
  • Act as a liaison point between different BU’s on the communicated
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, mediation, negotiation and
    conflict management strategies and approaches.
  • High level ability to be flexible, maintain focus, and manage change in
    an environment of continuous improvement and change.
  • Business Analysis experience is desirable, change analyst experience is a MUST
  • Sound knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies,
    practices and tools.
  • The person must be comfortable with Office 365
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Change Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Apply change management processes, methods and tools to create
    actionable change to support deliverable
  • Ability to work autonomously or as a team, as required
  • Identify and support managing resistance and conduct impact analysis
  • Produce high quality documentation – comms plan, PPT’s, SOP’s and flyers
  • Knowledge Base articles, training materials etc.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing and
    management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly assimilate information
    including the ability to interpret and then document the changes, impacts etc
  • Self-motivated m pro-active with a can – do attitude and approach to work
