As one of the first local employees, you will have full autonomy to help shape the direction of the business across Australia and will be tasked with growing the team, as well as maintaining key customer relationships.
You will also leverage your existing contacts to generate new business. As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding delivery of the team.
Externally you will be expected to contribute and lead awareness for the business across social channels, and you will love getting out to user groups, events and networking.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Sydney based ideally
- 5+years experience delivering large scale Salesforce projects
- Experience managing delivery teams, both onshore and offshore
- Effective use of solution selling techniques to acquire and maintain customers
- Strong reputation inside the Salesforce ecosystem
