Job Description
As a mixture of Sales and delivery, a large part of this role will see you generating new business with a blend of hunting and farming new logos. You will be a well networked Salesforce professional with the ability to gain credibility at Salesforce and through the partner ecosystem.
The Role:
- Build pipeline of opportunities
- Manage existing small team of developers and solution architects
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver successful Salesforce solutions to customers
- Ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions with customers
- Split time between sales and delivery
Your background:
- 5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (sales / delivery)
- Credible relationships at Salesforce and in the wider partner ecosystem
- Strong people management, ability to get the best out of people
- Sense of humour, this isn’t a stiff corporate environment :)
- Humility is also important in this company
