Job Description
The Role
- Lead the Managed Services team of Customer Success Consultants and offshore experts
- Building relationships with the Managed Services clients and influence their contract renewals
- Managing customer roadmaps and resolving any client issues escalated to you by the Managed Services team
- Delivering standardised process to onboard new Managed Services team members
- Actively supporting the Sales team with pre-sales activities as needed, including client meetings and workshops
- 5+ years Customer Success Experience
- 3+ years Proven Leadership and management experience
- Relevant Salesforce experience
- IT industry experience
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
