- Own and manage the CRM channels including email, SMS and push
- Develop and deliver best-practice email marketing and marketing automation programmes
- Utilising the Marketing Automation platform, plan and execute relevant workflows and customer lifecycle engagement programmes
- Engage with stakeholders to educate them of the importance of building a strong CRM & Marketing Automation strategy
- Previous experience in a CRM & Marketing Automation related role - Around 3+ years of experience is preferred
- A strategic mind, but also can be hands on when required
- Experience utilising Marketing Automation platforms e.g Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, MailChimp, Marketo..
- Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working in the retail industry is a bonus, but not essential
