We are looking for an experienced business analyst who can undertake a brand new implementation of a membership management platform. This role will see you acting as the conduit between the vendor, IT and the business.
You'll be working directly with the Business operations manager and the CEO to ensure a smooth implementation, as well as training users at a state and national level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify possible breakdowns in processes, systems and procedures
- Prepare document requirements
- Support the integration of all legacy systems
- Manage the systems project and understand the business requirements that underpin business processes
Your background may look like:
3-5 years in a similar business analyst role
Ability to manage strategic vendor relationships
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and drive user adoption across the organisation
NFP / Membership experience is highly desirable
Our budget for this project is $550 to $700 per day, depending on your skills and experience. We are looking for someone to begin as soon as possible for a duration of approximately 6 months.
