As a Customer Success Manager, you will be well versed in blending technology and customer centric outcomes in order to deliver value to your customers.

- Lead the process of new implementations
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Define criteria for success and scope implementation solutions in conjunction with the cross functional teams
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Understand client's requirements and translate into a solution using the platform
- Serve as main point of contact post implementation
- Ideally you have come from a SaaS environment
- Strong account management skills
- You always put the customer first
- SQL experience is nice to have
- Excellent communication skills
