Our client develops some of the world’s leading customer experience (CX) software, which is used by brand-name trusted partners across the globe.  Due to continued growth in the Australian market they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Melbourne-based team.
 
Taking regional responsibility for Victoria the successful person for this role will demonstrate strong “hunter” traits – confidence, perseverance, resilience and an ability to influence –, be capable of working in a 100% new business development environment,  and have prior demonstrated experience in enterprise-level sales. 
 
Duties will include:
  • Prospecting for new opportunities to increase market share
  • Developing strong pipelines of opportunity
  • Identifying potential customer requirements
  • Developing presentations for potential customers that address key pain points
  • Presenting to, and communicating with, C-level executives.
 
Based in the Melbourne CBD this role will offer the successful applicant an attractive base salary, uncapped commission with an OTE circa $250k, free coffee, and free car parking.
