nVision Talent is partnering with one of our fastest growing clients who are known as the market leaders in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space in Australia.
We're looking for an Account Manager with a strong digital marketing background to work strategically with 1 or 2 enterprise accounts.
- Manage overall client / agency relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards achievement of client objectives
- Working closely with Customer Experience team to identify and drive revenue opportunities within the assigned portfolio of clients
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects for clients and manage the retention of client work
- Provide marketing guidance and consultancy to clients to add value to their business by understanding their brand positioning
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
- Keep up to date and accurate forecasting
- Demonstrated prior experience in an Account Manager/Account Director role
- Demonstrated experience in the digital marketing space
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong independent decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
