- Dealing with C-level executive, you will identify their needs and consult how the multi million-dollar solution can add value.
- This role focuses on 100% new business.
- Create new strategies and tactics to grow the business.
- Meet agreed set revenue targets as well as monthly targets.
- Maintain an accurate database and pipeline on the CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Can-do attitude.
- Has a consultative sales approach.
- Determined to win new business as well as balancing multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Background of recruitment, media selling, conference selling etc.
- They are offering a base of up to $110,000 and uncapped commission.
- A strong promotion plan.
- A quarterly bonus.
- 20 days paid leave which can be carried over to next year if unused.
