About the Role
This leading ITSM software vendor is looking for a Business Development Manager to assist them in growing their market share within the IT Service Management software space. This leading, established software product is well placed within the service desk vertical and widely used to deliver high-quality IT Service Management solutions to large organisations around the world.
Solution sales-focused, your day to day duties will include:
- Establishing relationships with potential customers via the use of market data and industry intelligence
- Partnering with customers to identify requirements, and demonstrating the value our Client’s products can bring to them.
- Providing expertise around client support, and identifying other potential opportunities for new business within existing customer accounts
- Closing sales opportunities with the view to achieving and exceeding sales targets, and growing market share.
- Prior experience in software sales / business development management within a software sales environment, with a focus on selling complex solutions, to be considered for this opportunity.
- An understanding of IT Service Management will be well-regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills are essential,
