About the Role:

The Campaign Manager is required to manage digital marketing campaigns across SalesForce Marketing Cloud, social and other digital platforms.

The Campaign Manager has primary responsibility for creating, executing and optimising multi- faceted campaigns. Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate with the client marketing team as well as key internal resources and external partners to ensure flawless, on-time, and high impact campaigns. The Campaign Manager will use insights and customer intelligence to execute end-to-end (plan, test, execute, measure and refine) programs and deliver remarkable results. This role requires a candidate comfortable driving strategic campaign development as well as managing tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables.

 

Responsibilities

 

 

 


    • Brilliance in Execution: Manage campaign execution across digital channels

 

 

 

 


    • Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities

 

 


    • Own all aspects of trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability

 

 


    • Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value

 

 


    • Strive for operational excellence

 

 


    • Alignment with the Experience Director on all segment, content and experience enhancement initiatives

 

 


    • Master of Collaboration: Drive best practice and be seen as a SFMC product expert

 

 


    • Report campaign results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

 

 


    • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Marketing, and Brand teams to create digital strategies

 

 


    • Champion the optimisation of campaign opportunities by using data and insight

 

 


    • Develop metrics and track integrated campaign effectiveness utilising internal reporting and system audits and then design and report on program outcomes/ progress to internal and external stakeholders

 

 


    • Proactively collaborate with cross functional partners Planning, Strategy, and Measurement: Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights)

 

 


    • Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations)

 

 


    • Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities

 

 


    • Prepare and disseminate regular summary reporting for senior management

 

 


    • Provide training to clients on using campaign platforms

    • 5+ years of direct digital marketing experience

    • Experience using Exact Target / Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

 

 


    • Understanding of success metrics

 

 


    • Experience planning, delivering, and executing, measurement, and creative strategy

 

 


    • Experience presenting stakeholders at a variety of levels

 

 


    • Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

 

 


    • Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations

 

 


    • Able to extract insights and customer data independently using Excel  and other tools

 

 


    • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

 

 


    • Demonstrated experience analysing data sets and delivering actionable insights
