It is advised that people should exercise of moderate aerobic intensity for at least 150 minutes every week.  nVision has promoted the importance of regular exercise and offers employees gym membership including Yoga classes which can improve morale amongst colleagues, make people feel better about themselves and alleviate stress levels throughout the office, subsequently leading to a happier, more productive team.

I personally have joined a Cross fit team where I aim to improve my overall fitness and also meet new people.
