New faces, the silly season, and Salesforce United?e

I can’t believe we are only three weeks away from Christmas!

What a fun crazy year it has been and I expect more of the same for 2016.

Since my last post about Dreamforce we have been at it non-stop in the salesforce ecosystem building up our brand and our team! Welcome to Liza McLaren who will be heading up our marketing automation division. 2016 is going to be quite a year for marketing, data and analytics and we expect big things for Liza and the industry.

On the Salesforce CRM side we also expect it to be another record year with more companies adopting the platform and the need for salesforce talent a top priority for all of our clients. nVision Talent followed the Salesforce Advantage tour to Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland and had some interesting and fascinating conversations with Partners, ISVs and even fellow recruiters! December and January are shaping up to be our busiest for the year and we expect more of the same as we head further into 2016.

The last couple of months have not been all work, Sam and I also represented nVision Talent in what is fast becoming the biggest grudge match in sport, Salesforce United v Partners United in a winner takes all football match. Unfortunately we did not win (we have actually lost the last two games!), but I saw enough spirit and commitment in the team that I believe we will bounce back for game three!

Looking ahead to 2016 we have big plans to grow as a company and become even more involved in the salesforce ecosystem. Don’t forget to follow us on social media and get signed up for our salary guide and newsletter that will keep you updated with relevant and up to date information as to what’s going on in our salesforce world.

Well, I guess that’s all for now. Merry Christmas! Have an enjoyable, and safe holidays.
