Business Development Manager - EdTech

Job Details

with proven experience in the education technology domain to work in the capacity as a sales lead to cover both NSW and QLD. The role is a solutions sales focused role and you will be managing a small team of sales consultants who you will coach and mentor.

This company is a global leader in e-learning and you will be working with some of the best and most experienced people in the industry. 

 

Your day to day might look like this

  • Face to face client / prospect meetings
  • Be a subject matter expert across all products and services
  • Create technical and commercial solutions to match clients requirements
  • Work with your sales consultant to develop effective sales plans in order to achieve revenue targets
  • Mentor, coach and conduct mid-year and annual reviews for your sales consultants

Requirements

 

  • You will have a minimum 5 years of solutions sales experience
  • Experience selling software, especially education technology is a bonus
  • Team management experience
  • Experience managing high-value clients
