with proven experience in the education technology domain to work in the capacity as a sales lead to cover both NSW and QLD. The role is a solutions sales focused role and you will be managing a small team of sales consultants who you will coach and mentor.

Your day to day might look like this
- Face to face client / prospect meetings
- Be a subject matter expert across all products and services
- Create technical and commercial solutions to match clients requirements
- Work with your sales consultant to develop effective sales plans in order to achieve revenue targets
- Mentor, coach and conduct mid-year and annual reviews for your sales consultants
- You will have a minimum 5 years of solutions sales experience
- Experience selling software, especially education technology is a bonus
- Team management experience
- Experience managing high-value clients
- Competitive base salary and circa $150k - $160k OTE
